Make Love, Not Code! (M13E) End-User License Agreement

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY!

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding agreement between you (a natural person or legal entity) and Zénó Szabó and László Sas (the “Authors”). The Agreement governs the use of the Make Love, Not Code! software, its online or electronic documentation (the “Software”) and other optional services.
You are only entitled to use the Software and other services if you abide by the Terms and Conditions. By using the Software and services in any ways whatsoever you agree to be bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Software and services.

1. Rights of Use and Related Provisions

After accepting the Agreement the Authors grant you the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Software in object code or executable form and for personal or internal business use only.

2. Restrictions

You cannot decompile or reverse engineer the Software and you are not permitted to analyze its internal structure.

3. Right of Ownership

The Authors reserve all rights not explicitly granted to you by the Agreement. The Software is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws and international conventions. The legal title of the Software, and the copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Software are owned by the Authors of the Software. You are only granted the right to use the Software, you do not acquire ownership of copyright or other intellectual property rights in any part of the Software by virtue of this Agreement.

With the exception of the framework-X.X.X.js (X.X.X is the version), tinymce.min.js and jquery-X.X.X.min.js files and the integrated CodeMirror codes, all codes generated by the Make Love, Not Code! plugin can be published by you under any license.

The framework-X.X.X.js file is a dual-licensed file. It uses some of the base classes of the Haxe language published under MTI license, and the classes of the Haxentric framework published under LGPL 3.0 license. This means the file must be published under both licenses.

4. Support

The Authors provide no support for the Software. You can report software issues and bugs via email (support@dbdiffo.com) or through the support portal, but the Authors have no obligation to fix them.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

The Authors offer the Software “AS IS” and no explicit or implicit warranties can be enforced against the Authors. The Authors take no responsibility for any damages (including, but not limited to lost profits, interruption of business activity, damages caused by losing business information or malwares, or other economic losses) related to the use or inability to use the Software, even if the Authors are informed before or after the damage(s) occurred.

6. Termination

Should you violate the conditions described herein, the Authors will terminate the Agreement with immediate effect.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement and the contractual relationship established by it is governed by Hungarian law, the laws of Hungary, also to be used when interpreting said Agreement and relationship. Should legal disputes arise between you and the Authors or the Host Provider, you, the Authors and the Host Provider accept the jurisdiction of the assigned general court of Hungary.

8. Appendix

Spend the time saved by using the M13E plugin with your wife/girlfriend/husband/boyfriend/children/family/friends. ;)
